My name is Holly and I am your Skin Care, Massage and Self Care Expert at Happiness.

I have been a Beauty and Massage Therapist for over seventeen years and Skin care and Massage are my passion.

I have previously worked for Decleor within L’Oreal . I worked as an Account Manager for five years in the City of Bath, and then went on to five years as a National Trainer, training therapists in the skin, the products and the beautiful treatments.

My personal passion is learning all about different complementary therapies, mind- body connection techniques such as EFT and reiki, and different types of energy and emotional healing. Basically anything that can equip me to help my clients more.

I believe that I can offer a lot of experience and knowledge to my clients, ensure that they have a personalised treatment and after care advice to suit their needs. I provide a one to one service and my priority is to give every client their own unique boost for life.

Comfort Zone

We use the amazing Comfort Zone with in all of our Happiness treatments . Comfort Zone was founded in 1996 in Italy by the Bollati family. Dr Davide Bollati wanted to create a brand that focused on being a conscious, responsible brand to our environment and planet, as well as to our skin.

Comfort Zone are a carbon neutral brand, they are a certified B Corp company since 2016 and they do not use silicones, animal derivatives, mineral oils, artificial colourants or SLS within their products. Comfort Zone is dermatologically tested and approved, and is a vegan brand.

After over two years of researching and testing different brands, I absolutely fell in love with Comfort Zone. I love their brand philosophy, but it was the beautiful treatments and inspired products that really spoke to me. The products smell beautiful and give you a instant boost to your skin, and the experience of using the products is a complete mind and body treat. This brand is Happiness.

Holly very kindly accepted a last minute booking from myself after a recommendation. I live 200 miles away but was nearby on business and was desperate for a shoulder and back massage. The little sanctuary she has created instantly relaxed me and Holly is so welcoming and clearly experienced in her work.
